On Wednesday, April 18, DAS HAUS welcomed members of Passive Buildings Canada and interested visitors for an expert guided tour of the DAS HAUS pavilion, followed by an excursion to an actual Passive House and the Kortright Centre.

UPDATE: Registration for the “Passive House Trip” is now closed.
Due to the overwhelming interest thus far, we have closed registration early.

On Wednesday, April 18, DAS HAUS welcomed members of Passive Buildings Canada and interested visitors for an expert guided tour of the DAS HAUS pavilion, followed by an excursion to an actual Passive House and the Kortright Centre.
9.00 am : Visitors meet at the DAS HAUS pavilion to discover advanced technologies for home construction and solar energy use. After the tour green building experts have a chance to network over breakfast and coffee.
9.45 am: A shuttle bus takes participants to a construction site of a Passive House where architect Lyndon Than will provide a guided tour of the building.
12.00 pm: At noon, the group will visit the National Award winning Archetype Houses Kortright Centre. One of the architects, Terrell Wong will be on hand to answer questions.
